Country Roads has been my only caterer for several years. from family celebrations to my frequent poker games, Manny and his courteous, creative, competent staff have been flawless. At this point in our relationship I just tell many what the nature of the event is and he takes it from there. I never ask about menu or price, because country roads always delivers a marvelous display at a great value

Thank you so much for all the help you and your staff provided for the luncheon on Saturday.

You made everything so easy, since I am from out of State; you took all the worry out of the decisions I made about the food, drinks and dessert. Luncheon was just perfect: the sandwiches, and salads were so very good there was little to none left. But the cookies!!! There is nothing like New York cookies I wish I could have taken the whole tray home with me. They were great! Everything was great!

Thank you again for taking the stress out of a day that was very difficult for our family. I hope to be able to have you cater another affair only next time for a happy occasion.

I just wanted to thank you for the great party you helped me with. From the time I came in to check you guys out, to the time of the party, my life which should have been crazy, was not. You made the whole surprise party thing very easy.

The food was wonderful, outstanding, and delicious! I (you) am still getting compliments.

The wait staff (Denise & Rachel), were great. They took care of everything. I was able to enjoy the party and not think of anything in the kitchen. The really were wonderful.

Barbara (bartender) really made my guests feel comfortable. She was a lot of fun, as well as a wonderful bartender. She also, did a great job of taking care of everything in the bar area.

So, I guess I won’t have to tell you that I would not even think of using anyone else to cater my parties. Thank you again for a wonderful catering.

Dear Commodore Geyer,

This past Saturday my wife Teresa and I hosted our daughter’s wedding at the Unqua Corinthian Yacht Club. We were thrilled at the way everything was handled and presented by the organization and staff. It could not have been a more enjoyable time for us, our family and friends. We were happily surprised by the number of guests that complimented us oon the Club, the service, the excellent cuisine and the general good feelings they had during the course of the evening.

We were especially happy with the manner in which we were treated by Wendy Miller and the entire staff of Country Roads. We dealt with Wendy since the beginning of the planning of the affair, and I must say that she was nothing but professional, and cordial throughout the entire planning process. She carefully explained the procedure of organizing such a large affair, was especially understanding of the particulars we wanted to incorporate in the event, and was extremely amiable as to how we wanted things to be handled. Her suggestions were helpful and were greatly appreciated.
